In terms of models, they don't have any, but in terms of appearing in The Guardian-Verse anyway. Yes.

Why is that? I know the Batman Who Laughs is the best Dark Knight (or should I say the worst Dark Knight), but that's no reason to not make models of the other Dark Knights for people to use.

Because the company didn't make models of them.

Typical. It's always the popular characters who get all the love.
Then again, I'm not one to talk since, while all the Dark Knights appear in the Avengers-Verse during the Legends/Reflect era, the Batman Who Laughs completely overshadows the rest of them in terms of plot importance.

Well, let's just say that The Batman Who Laughs quickly establishes himself as a monster on par with XANA and Dr. Weil. He is directly responsible for causing Twilight Sparkle's fall from grace, the release of Perpetua and the restoration of Dr. Weil, shattering the sanity of Pinkie and Maud, and is ultimately such a dangerous threat despite his lack of powers that not only are the Avengers willing to ask the Joker of all people to help them kill The Batman Who Laughs, but the Joker agrees to help without hesitation even if it means giving up his plan to betray Lex Luthor and the Legion of Doom at their moment of glory and outright joins the Avengers in the aftermath of their third battle with Perpetua after being kicked out of the Legion of Doom because he despises The Batman Who Laughs that much and knows he is too dangerous a threat to ignore.

On a more personal level, The Batman Who Laughs effectively replaces the Joker as the arch-nemesis of Batman in the Avengers-Verse once he shows up. Aside from being far more dangerous than the Joker, The Batman Who Laughs is what Batman would be if he only cared about himself and winning at all costs. Keep in mind that this is post-Galeem & Dharkon Reborn, meaning that Batman's moral restraints have loosened due to the Joker Toxins within him. Batman could easily throw away his morals for the sake of winning at all costs post-reincarnation, but chooses not to because he puts others before himself and couldn't care less about winning at all costs as long as lives are saved. Batman despises The Batman Who Laughs for being a Batman who cares only about himself and proving his superiority at the expense of innocent lives.

And if being directly responsible for Twilight Sparkle's fall from grace, the release of Perpetua, the restoration of Dr. Weil, and shattering the sanity of Pinkie and Maud didn't convince you of how much of a vile being The Batman Who Laughs is, there's what he does to Rarity.
See, Rarity miraculously survived her apparent death in the Age of Perpetua despite the fact that she had no more unfinished business when she chose to sacrifice herself to seal Perpetua again and was ready to move onto the afterlife. For reasons unknown to her and the rest of the Avengers, Rarity was basically immortal in the sense that she could be killed and not die since she would simply resurrect herself (think Immortal Hulk). Unfortunately, Rarity soon learned from The Batman Who Laughs that the reason she was suddenly immortal was because he had infected her with a modified strain of the Anti-Life Virus (the corrupted Anti-Life Equation from DCeased) while she was being held prisoner by the Legion of Darkness back in the Rarity Alone Arc, but was unaware of it due to the Anti-Life Virus being dormant at the time...with The Batman Who Laughs proceeding to partially activate the Anti-Life Virus within Rarity after telling her about what he did. After briefly being consumed by rage as a result of the Anti-Life Virus, Rarity did everything she could to keep the Anti-Life Virus from fully infecting her to prevent it from spreading across the five worlds that make up the Chrono Reflect universe (the primary setting of Super Smash Bros. Legends and Super Smash Bros. Reflect). Unfortunately, The Batman Who Laughs purposefully failed to mention that Rarity was unknowingly spreading the Anti-Life Virus as she traveled across the Chrono Reflect universe while searching for answers until he fully activated it within her and unleashed it upon the Chrono Reflect universe, and that her efforts to keep the Anti-Life Virus from consuming her were merely delaying the inevitable.
This ultimately culminates in the Queen of the Dead Arc, where Rarity uses what little time she has left before the Anti-Life Virus fully infects her to set into motion the Avengers reassembling after being reborn as blank slates in the wake of the Ultimate Enemy Arc and instructing them through the Joker to come up a cure for the Anti-Life Virus and use it on the people she unknowingly infected. Despite interference from Lex Luthor and the Legion of Doom, the Avengers are able to successfully create a cure for the Anti-Life Virus and save the infected population of the Chrono Reflect universe. Unfortunately, said cure only works on the unaltered Anti-Life Virus and is completely useless on Rarity, who has fully succumbed to the Anti-Life Virus by the time the Avengers catch up to her. What follows is nothing less than a tragedy, as the Avengers are left with no other choice but to kill the undead Rarity in order to save the Chrono Reflect universe from the Anti-Life Virus while knowing fully well that, unlike them, Rarity won't be reborn as a blank slate after dying due to her nature as the Singularity. This atrocity, even more than the ones I previously mentioned, fully cements The Batman Who Laughs' status as a heartless monster who the Avengers despise to such an extent that he is one of the few villains that Earth's Mightiest Heroes will not hesitate to kill because he is just that evil in their eyes.
Oh, and if what I just explained wasn't enough to hammer home how much of a monster The Batman Who Laughs is, the whole reason he infected Rarity with the Anti-Life Virus that she unknowingly spread across the Chrono Reflect universe was because he could. The Batman Who Laughs had nothing to gain from unleashing the Anti-Life Virus on the Chrono Reflect universe through Rarity (and it in fact ends up leading to his well-deserved death at the hands of the Avengers in the Knightmare's End Arc), but he did it anyway for a sick laugh and to screw with the Avengers by forcing them to choose between saving the Chrono Reflect universe at the cost of Rarity or saving Rarity at the risk of allowing the Chrono Reflect universe to be consumed by the Anti-Life Virus.
(On a side note, Rarity does end up being reborn as a composite version of her Avengers-Verse and Chrono Reflect incarnations in the same vein as Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Sunset Shimmer, Celestia, and Luna following her tragic death in the Queen of the Dead Arc, but it is the only time she will ever reincarnate. Even then, Rarity's reincarnation is bittersweet since she is completely amnesiac with no memory of either of her previous lives and the Avengers due to the Anti-Life Virus consuming her mind as she succumbed to it)

Understatement of the century. While The Batman Who Laughs is only as powerful as Batman (being a normal human with no powers at all), he makes up for it by being just as intelligent as Batman and knowing exactly how to strike at the Avengers on an emotional level due to having spent years studying them in their many incarnations from his native universe via the Bridge (Reed Richards' multiversal observation device).
Hell, the only other villain that the Avengers despise as much as The Batman Who Laughs is Dr. Weil, who (if you recall) is responsible for bringing all of creation to the brink of extinction and has caused the Avengers almost as much pain and suffering as The Batman Who Laughs. On that note, as a final testament to how vile a being he is, The Batman Who Laughs is the only person other than Omega that Dr. Weil actually gets along with, partially because his existence validates Dr. Weil's hatred for the Avengers but also because Dr. Weil genuinely likes The Batman Who Laughs as a person. Considering how much of a monster Dr. Weil is...well, you get the picture.
On that note, given Dr. Weil's expertise in DNA revival, the Avengers haven't seen the last of The Batman Who Laughs by a longshot. In fact, with how monstrous our respective versions of The Batman Who Laughs are, I was thinking of having them team up against the Avengers and the Guardians of Freedom in the Memories of Generosity Arc. One Batman Who Laughs is dangerous as is, but two Batmen Who Laugh? I can see them causing even more chaos and devastation than they ever could on their own.
Speaking of Rarity's status quo...as if being completely amnesiac due to the Anti-Life Virus consuming her mind as she succumbed to it, she's still infected with the Anti-Life Virus post-Queen of the Dead. However, the nature of Rarity's infection has changed with her reincarnation to be more akin to the DCeased version of Cyborg (who I believe is infected with the Anti-Life Virus due to my theory of how Martian Manhunter was infected in the story, but retains his humanity due to merely being the carrier). Now, she's only an Anti-Living when she transforms into Shadow Rarity (which retains her black prosthetic right arm made of Nanochips, something her base form now lacks) and is complete control of herself in this state (which doesn't really mean much, given that Shadow Rarity is essentially Rarity letting herself be consumed by her negative emotions). Additionally, Rarity can no longer spread the Anti-Life Virus by being near technology and would have to bite or scratch someone as Shadow Rarity in order to infect them.

And the only thing that could be worse than TWO Batmen Who Laugh would be, oh, The Batman Who Laughs successfully infecting all of the Avengers with the mutated Joker Toxin responsible for his birth with the exception of the Joker himself (can't exactly Jokerize the Joker since, well, he's the Joker).
Yeah, Rarity has not had it easy in the Avengers-Verse since her debut, but Super Smash Bros. Legends is pretty much one long Trauma Conga Line for the Element of Generosity.Β
Between losing the rest of the Mane Seven (Twilight, Fluttershy, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Sunset Shimmer) and Sasuke (her adoptive brother since the Rabum Alal Arc of Super Smash Bros. Rebirth), being betrayed by the reincarnated Twilight, Luna, and Sasuke as well as Solaris (her adoptive mother) as a result of their involvement in the Maker's Cabal and being unable to trust her fellow Avengers as a result of said betrayal, learning that she couldn't reincarnate due to her status as the Singularity and having to deal with the fact that she will outlive her fellow Avengers as a result, and becoming Patient Zero for the spread of the Anti-Life Virus in the Chrono Reflect universe thanks to The Batman Who Laughs, Rarity was put through absolute hell to such an extent that the Avengers being forced to put her down after she fully succumbs to the Anti-Life Virus in the Queen of the Dead Arc would be seen as a mercy kill...except that The Batman Who Laughs injected the detonator for a series of bombs that he planted in the worlds of Standard, Machine, and Avengers that was triggered upon her death, resulting in the Avengers unwittingly becoming responsible for the deaths of the 600 million people Rarity had unknowingly infected with the Anti-Life Virus AFTER they were already cured due to the bombs being planted in the quarantined areas of Standard and Machine.Β
Things don't get any better for Rarity after she's reincarnated either, as her amnesia has left her unable to remember anything about her past, such as her bonds with her fellow Avengers, how to access the full extent of her power, and even her own name, something that causes Rarity so much anguish that she ends up reawakening her Sharingan from the pain of losing her memories and her hatred towards The Batman Who Laughs for taking away everything she had left, and this is on top of still being infected with the Anti-Life Virus in her Shadow Rarity form. To add insult to injury, when Rarity does start regaining her memories, it's usually due to dark circumstances such as The Batman Who Laughs giving her a flash drive containing the Anti-Life Virus during the Evil Within Arc or in the wake of the Avengers having to evacuate the Chrono Reflect universe with their allies, loved ones, and fellow Avengers-Verse refugees (plus a select few inhabitants of the Chrono Reflect universe) due to Perpetua unleashing the Anti-Life Virus upon the entire population in the Hope Lost Arc, with the latter event being so traumatic for Rarity that she ends up reawakening her Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan from the pain of losing her adopted home, and this is before the Anti-Life Virus itself dupes Rarity into removing her mental barriers that prevent it from exerting its influence over her during Perpetua's invasion of the Avengers World and subsequently allows her and the rest of the Avengers (who were unknowingly infected with the Anti-Life Virus upon Rarity's death in the Queen of the Dead Arc as a result of absorbing her essence) to "control" it in the Avengers World Arc, which allows the Anti-Life Virus to secretly take control of the Avengers' bodies long enough for it to create a device that splits the Avengers and their "Shadow Forms" into completely separate beings during the Shadows of Anti-Life Arc.

Yeah, like I said, Rarity has been through hell over the course of Super Smash Bros. Legends (and by extension Super Smash Bros. Reflect).
With that said, it's not all bad for Rarity. In spite of everything she's been through, Rarity refuses to let herself be a victim, so much so that, prior to succumbing to the Anti-Life Virus completely, she made sure that the Avengers prioritized saving everyone she infected over saving her when she set their reformation into motion and then proceeded to wait for them on the Avengers World so she wouldn't cause any more damage once she turned. While this sacrifice ends up being rendered hollow by The Batman Who Laughs, Rarity ultimately resisted the Anti-Life Virus long enough to ensure that she died on her own terms.
Additionally, despite having every reason to be cynical given what she's lost, Rarity is an optimist who has enough faith in the Avengers and their chances of winning the war between Justice and Doom that she continues to fight the good fight even though she no longer believes in Justice or Doom because the Avengers are her family, which is enough reason for her to keep fighting. Tying into both of the above points, Rarity is a fighter in every sense of the word and will not give up no matter how many times she gets knocked down, so much so that Superman even describes her to The Batman Who Laughs as someone who won't quit as long as she can still draw breath and will still keep fighting even in death (Ironically, Superman was more right than he realized, as Rarity's previous incarnation lived on as a Cyber-Elf after dying and continued to fight against the forces of Doom with her remaining energy, being responsible for the safeguards keeping the Anti-Life Virus at bay in her reincarnated self and the reason why the rest of the Avengers didn't succumb to the Anti-Life Virus after unknowingly absorbing her essence upon her death).
Finally, even after everything she's been through and despite her faults, Rarity was (and still is) ultimately a truly generous soul who had a huge impact on the lives of her fellow Avengers beyond just the rest of the Mane Seven;
For example, while it was ultimately a combination of Sakura and Sarada's undying loyalty and Naruto's efforts that saved him in the end, Sasuke began climbing out of the pit of despair he fell into after he lost everything due to his actions as a member of the Secret Empire because of Rarity, who refused to hate him like he believed everyone else did even after he murdered her parents while corrupted because she sympathized with his pain and sought to help him heal from it by simply being his friend (and later his adoptive sister).
Rarity also helped Juri recover from her despair at losing Pinkie and Maud despite her own grief at losing the rest of the Mane Seven and Sasuke at the time, which ultimately played a part in Juri fully renouncing her villainous ways and truly becoming a better person.
Then there's the impact Rarity had on Sonic and Carol Danvers, her successors as the Chrono Trigger. With Sonic, Rarity (along with Tamara Devoux and fellow Triggers Crono and Serge) had a huge part in shaping Sonic into the selfless hero he ultimately became. With Carol, on the other hand, Rarity helped her heal from the trauma of XANA's betrayal and finished what Tony Stark began by raising Carol to be a savior like Solaris did with her and Sasuke, which paved the way for Carol's reconciliation with XANA and making peace with her personal demons.

Well I do have some ideas, such as Ryuk and the other shinigami's being low level reapers far below the likes of guys like Lady Death, Mistress Death, Death (Darksiders.) Malthael and Nekron. Hence why Ryuk interacts more with humans, aside from the likes of Lady Death and Death and of course Nekron and his Black Lanterns.
As for the rest of them, we'll see.
