I could see this happening in Age of Sigmar, since there have been indications thar Beastmen aren't hard-coded to follow Chaos anymore. So a tribe of Beastmen that discovered the ruins of Old Bretonnia (there are rumors that pieces of The-World-That-Was can be found in the Mortal Realms), and turned to worship The Lady as an aspect of Alarielle, while wearing imitations of Bretonnian gearb could actually happen.
Alternatively they are just non-Chaos Beastmen that assimilated into a Bretonnia-esque Nation in the Mortal Realms.
Both are possible.

When was it indicated that Beasts of Chaos aren't hard wired for Chaos? I thought there was a one off mention in their battletome, but that was it.
