This time a personal project. I sat down to draw the physical geography of the continent of Dol Teroth for my world of Asphodel . I embellished it as an in-world item, with parts obscured due to lack of knowledge on the part of the cartographer.

This was a pretty big and lengthy project, especially because part of the exercise involved no copy/pasting of elements or use of brushes to achieve the same - so every bit of it was drawn by hand. Monster and ship illuminations have been drawn based on the ones I found in research, while the gorgeous compass rose was drawn by Caeora.
