Don't overtax your brain wondering the identity of this MISCELLANEOUS MISCREANT! There are way too many villains in the Marvel Universe to remember them all, but as long as they get beaten up by a superhero, it'll be fine!⁣

Marvin Frumm was a mutant with low level telepathic abilities who was recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D for their ESP (extra-sensory perception) division. But ol' Frummy was a double agent working for Hydra and he attempted to take over S.H.I.E.L.D from within. Nick Fury and his agents didn't take too kindly to that and smacked Marv around a bitand tossed him into jail.⁣

But Marvel prisons are easy to get out of (obviously) and now going by the moniker Mentallo, Marvin became a freelance Hydra agent and a real deal supervillain. Mentallo usually partners up with other bad guys, often with the technology-loving villain The Fixer. ⁣

Mentallo boosts his limited mental powers using technology making him a real threat. Unless you unplug his little hat or whatever.⁣

Also, for a mindreader, he never seemed to pick up on people's thoughts centered around what poor fashion choices makes.
