Description
Alone I am, in this world of my own,Only a wolf by my side, in this land I must hide
I follow the light, the moon upon the snow
The music of the night is the wind in the trees
Alone in my thoughts, no one can know
And with me those feelings will stay
For the sun may have me for another day
In a way where I am lost to the netherwood
Curled away with the wolf, awaiting another moon
A hiding place to weep, if only I could

A slightly difficult manip to do, mainly because of the shadows. I wasn't sure how to tackle that, so I simply airbrushed them in. I fear that the picture may look a little blotchy. As I say, I'm still new to photo manip, so I'm still learning techniques.
The figures in my art are intended to be male.

Well....how about a very dark mage who realized he could not truly be dark as long as he retained his spirit and heart (Whatever made him human) But he could not destroy his spirit in fear he would also destroy himself. So he placed his heart/spirit into a living thing...a wolf that would be his life-long companion. But wolves aren't immortal so the wolf would become a ghost animal with a human soul.
Crazy? Should be fun to see what you come up with.

I was thinking of a faded wolf, ghostly, with a glowing white heart and behind him/her would be the mage allllll cold and...impressive. Dunno. It got me thinking. ^_^

I think i know what you mean with those faded/ghostly images, but i think that technique is available only with Photoshop. It would make an interesting pic though! You could give it a try yourself

Photoshop can do that. I didn't know the effect was limited to Photoshop. So you can't do a percentage of a layer? Aw. That sucks. That's one of my favorite effect. :<

Yes, i've seen some interesting effects that Photoshop can do in others art. I've no idea if my program can do a percentage of a layer. I'm still learning

You NEED layers. Layers are the best and with them come fades. I adore the fades/transparency. You should do a 'help' search and see if you can. It really makes life easier.
