Apophysis 7X.9 again. I know it's a little early for Christmas, but not too early. I've been seeing commercials already for Christmas stuff. And it's not even Halloween yet. Anyway, I figured maybe this year, I'll try to get into the spirit a little early. Since I never got into it last year, I need to make up for lost time.Ho Ho Ho, Y'all!!

You don't think it's ever too early for Christmas, Ann? Well, when it comes to gifts, good wishes, good food, and getting together with friends and family, I agree with you there. It's the hype and commercialism I can do without. Not to mention, the cost of buying all those nifty gifts for everyone.

As far as I am concerned it is faaaar too early but then I know that in US Christmas starts much earlier than it does here. That does not mean I dont like this beautiful shiny Christmas fractal, it is very beautiful!! and Christmassy

You're right! It is far too early for Christmas. But, it's already cranking up here in the States and I thought if I got my mind wrapped around the concept early, perhaps I would have more Christmas spirit by the time it actually rolls around. I didn't have any last year, so I'm hoping I'll have more this year. Wish me luck!

Yes often when you want to make a fractal for a special occasion it does not work or you dont get what you are looking for. I think the best fractals are a mixture between skill , creativity and a lot of good luck and accidents.

my sentiments exactly. they rush through the holidays faster and faster every year. pretty soon they'll be playing christmas carols during the 4th of july before you know it. this reminds me more of thanksgiving when i look at it though, but it still has that touch of the holiday spirit nontheless.

Yes, I know! Christmas hoop-de-doo starts earlier every year and I'm still never ready for it. You need money to buy Christmas presents and goodies for everyone and money is something I rather short on these last few years.
Do you think if I made a calendar of my fractals and gave them as gifts, that people would gag?

i think they would absolutely love it peggi. i know i would. the difficult part is picking just the right fractals to match the month, unless it's gonna be one of those daily ones then you shouldn't have a problem.
