Would you believe this is another tweak of the Basic Flower params found in the Dragon Flames flamepack by :iconNatalie Kelsey:, formerly DragonWinter.

It has some really neat flames in it, so if you're in a mood to tweak, this is a good one to start with. I keep playing with these and coming up with slightly different looks, though all are similar.

Created in Apophysis 7X (developed by `XyrusWorx ) and postwork done in PhotoPlus X5.
