I've made peace with everything except Ranger. HE IS NOT RANGER. He has no ponytail.

Without the ponytail there is no sexy. I weeped when I read in book six that he cut it. I haven't seen the movie yet cause I promised my dad I would watch it with him.

I LOVE THESE BOOKS! I'm just sorry they're making the movie so sucky. I like who they got to play Stephanie, but I imagined Morelli hotter and Ranger as more hispanic looking. And helloooooooo! PONYTAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mostly read them out of order, so I'm not sure if I've read all of them or not, but honestly... Stephanie still hasn't picked either guy and we're on book 17 or so now. xD Whether or not you want to continue is up to you.
The books are still fun either way!

I got bored with them and that's why I stopped. I'm in the middle of book 8 and I can't stay hooked. Stephanie Plum is a series that you have to read the first book before you mess up and read them at random.
I'm more excited for the new Diesel book that comes out in June

I feel like every Stephanie book is a slight variation on the same formula. It's entertaining, but unless something big happens in the plot, it's easy to get bored.

I don't necessarily LIKE the ponytail, I just find it integral to his character design in the first book.
