Finally there's a male one. ^^ They're very rare in the Gijinka Project. I also had my problem to find some male Pokemon in Diamond. XP How i hate that...
To your picture, i find it very interresting how you set the Gallopa details to that character. Nice fingernails. xDb I wonder how the feet look?

I agree that male pokemons are hard to find xD I haven't tried Diamond or Pearl yet but I already experiment it with Crystal xB

The legs are pretty much like a mix of human and horse legs. The thights are normal but the calves are very short and the bottom completely like a horse's feet :3

And yeah, i know that too good because i mostly need a male one because i'm always giving them special nicknames. And Pokemon like Milotic have to be female as well.
My last Milotic had the name "Zelda" and Ponyta and Rapidash sometimes wear the name "Epona". o_O I kinda like to give my Pokemon Zelda names.
Absol's name was once Riku and sometimes something else.
