Of course I like it!
The structure of the brush strokes feels great in the chaos of the snow storm. I also like how at first the wolf is a bit hidden from the viewers attention, and one can discover it after a little while.
You did a great job on the rock in the foreground! I really like that painterly style. =3
I also like how the wolf is looking straight in the direction the wind is coming from. Makes it look very strong and determined. The title really matches the overall picture.
(Say, did you use salt on parts of the background? That gives it a nice twist.
