pesonality: stubborn, cocky, loner, dosnt back down.
dislikes: fighting in a team, people, talking.
likes: fighting, kakashi (not in that way)
family: her mother and father dies in a war and she was taken in by one of her clan members. kakashi is sort of her brother and acts like it because he trained her before he had team 7.

This work is excellent. Your attention to detail is apparent and the human figure is represented well.
You used linear shading quite well, although it doesn't provide a smooth effect like gradient shading, it works quite well here.
The hair with the blue undertones is quite neat, especially as the main focal point. I do think the shading could have been more apparent near the face, but that's probably just me.
Speaking of the face, the facial structure is excellent and well defined. The features are proportionally set as well.
