Do black background
Let it dry
Then get ya dark blue and sponges
And dab on the colors
And when ya done
Let that dry
Then go in with the lighter colors
With the same technique
And let it dry again
For the center you can do what ya want
What i did is go dark blue, light blue and white, and for the stars get a paintbrush or a toothbrush you dont need anymore and put white paint on it and flick the paint on
Optinal you can paint some stars on if ya like

yeah I'm a bit impatient with the drying part XD Like "DRY ALREADY DAMN IT" XD guess that's why I like acrylic. dries rather quickly.

I have a whole box of acrylic
But sometimes it dries so slow sometimes
So i put it infront of my air conditioning
Or outside when its windy
Or blowdryer (jkjk but i would wanna know if it dries quicker)

lol yeah if I want to dry something quickly I use a hairdryer.
