Impact

A very vibrant, visually striking character whose impact is largely due to the high contrast between the bright cyan blue markings and deep dark brown/black of her base pelt colour. Another interesting contrast, although perhaps less beneficial, is the use of both highly stylized cute wisps of cloud and what appear to be cloud brushes or cloud photos in the background - because the overall style of the piece is cartoony and cute, I'd maybe suggest staying away from the integration of photorealistic elements in your image. Perhaps by moving up the cloud wisps, and fading out the realistic clouds, you could bring the attention back to the "real art" rather than the photo elements.

Form is generally quite good - the pose is interesting and brings a good deal of liveliness to the image. However, there are a number of anatomy issues that come to mind:
- The right hind paw (the one closest to the viewer) has been drawn with the bottom paw pads visible. While the paw has been well-drawn which can be difficult for such an angle, the actual angle itself is largely unrealistic. It's suggesting that, in mid leap, the ankle has been twisted painfully outward or is physically deformed. You could "swap" the way you've drawn the two hind paws, so that the distant hind paw has the bottom showing, and all would be well again.
- The joints of the fore legs are overly disproportionate. The "fore arms" are much shorter than the "wrist-to-fingertip" area, which make her look a little gangly and awkward. One may argue this is a style decision, but I would recommend strengthening your anatomy before deciding to skew it too far.
- The wings show a fairly painful lack of knowledge of anatomy. Again, while wings can be drawn stylistically in many ways (some more anatomically correct than others), I would strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with their structure before deciding to ignore certain aspects in favour of style. Remember that a real wing is jointed like an arm, with feathers pointed down from most of it, and out at the ends like "fingers." You must be mindful of how the feathers are formed - you have drawn them perpendicular to the base of the wing (which is also far too thin), but parallel to the tips of the wing, and no transition between, such that it appears feathers are growing out of other feathers in an awkward and unrealistic manner.

Don't be discouraged, though, as my critique was really quite harsh - it may be easily remedied by a quick Google image search and a cursory study of wing anatomy.

Another note: It's a very popular notion, decorating and accessorizing wolves and other popular animals - the playfully and sometimes derogatory term for them is "sparkledog." That being said, you should ensure that there is more to your characters than simply their stylized appearance - it would be a shame to put so much effort into creating these personal characters, only to be lost in a forest of similar creations.
