[ Rowlet || Litten || Popplio ]I usually love seals and sealions, though I wasn't fond of this design when I first saw it - I'll admit. By now, it's grown on me some more, but clowns and circus-related things have always kinda felt unsettling to me, so I dunno. o.o I still don't hate this guy, don't get me wrong on that! It was still a fun Pokemon to draw despite the collar being the most tricky!

I agree with you about the design - maybe it's the clown motif, but there's something about it that seems off.
