Description
I started first with another version, that I will post maybe later. But ended up with this one above. A fairy wishing on sea stars. The sea stars floating in bubbles up to the universe. The fairy is trying to hold on to one of them, so she can whisper her wishes into it before she lets go.

Brushes flying birds: by Wings of a Hero
Pixiedust : by rL-Brushes
The bubbles where the sea stars are floating in, I did that myself. It is the other bubbles that floating on top that I used a brush.
