Character History: Once upon a time I worked on a story. The story never went anywhere, but the main character was a lizard guy named Calypso. Though the name is unisex, the mythical nymph or sea goddess Calypso gives people the impression of female and I was called out on it a few times. At the time I was easily swayed and influenced so I changed the characters name to something more fiery. Kerosine, or Kero. Only I spelled it wrong and it became Karo. Karo, at present is a lady kangaroo. and Calypso is now a female lizard and Timote's boss.

Calypso is the head of a company called Nautical Novelties. They have made an empire on selling nick nacks at sea ports around the globe. Their current ambitions are a bit broader. Their world has suffered an apocolyptic event that has created individuals of incredible size alteration. Some very small, and others quite tall indeed. Nautical Novelties seeks to make the lives of micros much easier by giving them jobs and equipment to aid their passage through the height handicapped world.
Calypso takes Timote' as her own personal assistant. He is mostly just a glorified stress toy since micros are incredibly durable and sturdy usually. She is quite fond of him though and uses him for many things. Seems like 2017 wasn't a great year for their company, maybe next year will be and Calypso won't spend another New Years alone with a whole bottle of champagne for herself.
