Well, here we have a pic of Jill weilding Phantom in his Devil Arms form.

For those of you out there who don't know who Phantom is, he is the first boss fight in Devil May Cry 1. He is best known as the Destroyer of Ardor and serves the emperor of the Underworld, Mundus. He is summoned to Raccoon City by Rovokadoo to cause some eruptions. But Jill Valentine tracked him down with the aid of Rawhide (her shotgun/demonic Cowboy) and they took him down for getting back at him for the destruction of Rawhide's home in the Demon World. He was thun turned into a set of gauntlets, goggles, a backpack and boots, useful for combat.

Jill's moves with Phantom on her include a basic three-hit combination called Break You Down, a flurry of punches called the Rapid Fire Fist, a flurry of kicks she calls the Delta Battering Ram, the Volcanic Uppercut, and a charged up variation of it called the Dragon Burn. She can also Air Hike with it. When she has her goggles on, it allows her to see if there are any sings of human life in the vacinity.

Her Blitzkrieg style has no additional effect on it, but it amplifies her speed by leaving a trail of lava behind, much like the DeLorean from Back To The Future, only more powerful.
