Alright folks, here is the fifth form of Kamen Rider Crimzone, this one is the mystical of his other forms, Egyxon Blood form.

In order to activate this form, Adrian Takeuchi/Kamen Rider Crimzone pulls out a Black and Gold Mummy key, inserts it into Myron's head and it summons Isis Rook in her Krimgire form to fight by Adrian's side and when she needs to, she turns into a statue and when Adrian grabs her statue form, she turns into a giant shield-like weapon called the Ra Barrier, causing the colors of his armor to change. And Myron's eyes change in this form too.

In this form, Adrian has the ability of a mummy as well as be able to use magic and mysticism-based attacks, and when Myron bites the top of the shield, the conduits on Crimzone's armor spark and then shine an enigmatic light, but he locks onto his target and raises the Ra Barrier to the sky, it transforms into a pair of wings towards them, causing a ring of light to bind the Vangakyo and he then prepares to strike them, sending a surge of light into it and uses all his might to smash it down into a finisher called the Sun Joust to a Vangakyo, causing them to either break apart or melt. Plus, this form enhances Adrian's use of Magic, making him powerful enough to take on Vangakyo. It also allows him to summon the powers of the Egyptian Gods such as Ra, Bastet, Osiris, Isis (who Isis Rook is named after), Thoth, Amun and so on.
