In the way of critique, I would just say to lower the jaw line, it'll make the face less narrow so the facial features can get spaced more easily. I think you could also make the necks slightly wider, while broadening the shoulders. From what I can see of the arms, just make sure you're narrowing at the wrists and just near the elbows.
The improvement from January to December is so striking though. =] I especially like the style of eyes in August and the free-flowing hair in September. The detail in February's and October's hair is also really nice.
