I guess, by the artist comments, you knew I would say something. IMO (as usual), your eyes look unnaturally wide open to me. Your expression is good, but taking a shot straight on will really accentuate any asymmetry you may have in your face. I would also like a bit more contrast...Lucky for you and Rachel, you're such a stunner!

Thanks Erin. I took this, on a whim, after I'd finished working the other night so it was after midnight. That might help to explain the wide-eyes 
I only took 3 shots: the first one showed my chin, the second one showed my nose, and this was the third one and I decided it was good enough to begin with.
As usual your is advice is greatly appreciated... although I still think the best way to improve the photo would be to remove the guy right in the middle
