well, as in the shadows on the figure done with hard sharp lines rather than gradual shading... if you get what I mean.... (to be honest, I'm not even sure if cel shaded is the correct technical term) >__>

Oooh wow... very yellow. x.x Good muscle tone, and I always thought yellow and blue went well together. He hat is a nice touch. Arms and legs look great! Side seems a little lumpy, but even so, you really seem to have nearly perfected your models.
