It looks like you worked hard on this. Great job.

As to your requested feedback, there's a couple of ways you can maybe fix the coloring on the main group of characters so they match the background.

If you use photoshop and you've not flattened the layers, you can take your characters and go to image>adjustments>Match Color. It will then ask you what your source is, select the background layer, then play with the sliders until its like you like.

Another way to do this (if they are flattened already) is to mask the characters out of the background, then when they are on their own layer, put a style on it, select gradiant and play with the colors and opacity and blend modes to give an over all cast of red, for example.

Another way (the most complicated, but ultimately gives you the most control) is to imagine where the light source is in your pic, the color and tone of the light, and try to work that cast into the pic on a separate layer using your painting techniques, probably with a lower opacity brush, like 10-30%, building up the values of red and orange here and there -- all those white shirts need to have some kind of tinges of red or orange to match the background and the fiery nature of the group/scene.

In this scene, it looks like there's light coming from above and light coming from below, while it might not be a harsh light, that light brings color with it, so the hair might have highlights that reflect that color - you've got that pretty good on the bottom, but that close to the light source, their contrast might be greater (the difference in light and shadow)

When you make a new piece, think about the light sources in the piece -- where is the light coming from? Is it bright, casting sharp dark shadows, or is it soft and defuse, creating more subtile shadows? What is the color of the light? That will have an over all effect on the color and tone of the piece.

I'm not the world's greatest digital painter, but this will give you an example of how I worked on this very thing I'm talking about. Eve is pure white, but she's also reflective, so she picked up a lot of the ambient tone of the pink and yellow color of the light and her surroundings. Your shirts, though not as reflective, should have some of those same properties. White only returns pure white when in an absence of colored (in other words, neutral) light.

Anyway, hope all that helped. Your pic is still wonderful and really I can see it took a lot of skill and craftsmanship to get it to this point. From my experience, digital painting is a lot of hard work! Good job

I can see you've worked REALLY hard . It's not easy to keep your drawing fine throughout multiple characters. However, you've done a great job .

*This is my honest comment (not easy to hear, so prepare yourself. Otherwise, don't read this) :
I don't have any new comments regarding your general skills other than my old comments for your old works since you have to practise it by yourself. It will take me a looong text to state all the weaknesses, but in generally they're related to your art level now. I believe only academic training can help you achieve great improvements. Academic training can completely be self-taught if you try hard (I'll tell how if you really want to).
