It's really annoying when people say I have no self esteem when I admit to being a beginner and not drawing very well. It's true, I have alot of room for improvement...nut I like my art. And when I say "I like my art" they accuse me of being conceited.
Oh well. Idiots.

I know exactly what you're talking about. It also goes another way for me, though: when I admit to being not very good at something, people think I have low self esteem. But when I admit to being good at something, they accuse me of bragging. In reality, I just know what my talents are and what I'm doomed to fail at. And I'm OK with that. You can't be good at everything.
By the way, I took a look through your gallery, and I like your art too. Sure, you have a lot of room for improvement, but who doesn't? Nobody's perfect. And quite honestly, I think your coloring is better than mine...
