Carefully and quietly Deha left the caves. Her son, Myrrden, always close by. He seemed to suck in every tiny detail of the world outside with his big brown eyes. Light, colours. Everything was so new to him, and he immediately loved each and every bit of the outside world. Deha had no use for the beauty right now. Instead she closely watch the area around them. Guards and Predators could find them every minute. So they had to hurry towards the close forest to vanish.
Mertor was waiting at the place Deha had told him. He was hoping they wouldn’t be attacked. The forest might have been quiet and calm, but still there were wolves and other dangerous enemies. He was permanently watching the small opening and the nearby trees. Watching out for the two. He was tense, not knowing what to expect from the meeting. How would the little one react?
As soon as they had left the caves far enough behind them, Deha allowed
