It's late afternoon of a summer day, growls, huffing and roaring stop as the 9 feet tall ogre fell to the ground with a loud thud.
The woman clinging her left arm sits beside the lifeless body of the ogre exhausted.
Soft footsteps and the rustle of leaves make her look toward the figure emerging from the forest.
long golden almost white hair accommodating her clear pearly white skin, beautiful radiant face with long pointy ears.
It is an Elf.
The woman relax as the person before her not only is not a threat to her but a familiar person as well.

Fanriel: So we meet again Syndra of the Agrona.

Syndra: Fanriel? why are you vechure those parts alone again?

Fanriel: That's not important. Are you alright? Seems that ogre give you a hard time.

Syndra: I'm fine only scratches and bruises but he may also dislocated my shoulder.

Fanriel: Here let me help you up. It's getting dark, there a hot spring nearby let's set camp, get you clean and have that shoulder fixed

Syndra: ''sigh"... Fine, Thanks.

The Elf softly smile then help the Agrona woman up.

Different races of elves exist on the world but all of them share the same ancestral origins.
Elbereth goddess of stars and Algar god of aether.
The two don't originate from the same realm, while Elbereth come from the known realm with its billions of constellations and galaxies full of energy called mana, Algar come from a parallel realm that seem empty and unmoving, alone in a lifeless space that it was filled with aether.
A tear between the two realms helped Algar to take a glimpse of Elbereth beauty and decided to cross over to meet her. For both it was love at first sight.
For millennia Algar pass between the realms and with him massive amount of aether would pass through as well, expanding Elbereths realm in the process.
Eventually their love would take sprout on a form of a seed that Elbereth gave birth and plant of a barren land on top of goddess Gaia's body, then asked her to nurse and protect it.
The seed took roots almost immediately and travel so deep on the ground that almost reach Gaia's core.
Gaia then offer some of her lifeforce to the seed through its roots and the seed sprouted and grew to a massive banyan tree.
Its spreading travel miles across the barren land and when fall came, it's falling leaves turn the barren land into a prosperous one and all kinds of trees and plants grew, the vegetation would emit a mystical faint blue light at night and the name of the forest would later be called Ilmarë "Starlight".
At summer the banyan tree bear its fruits and when the fruits ripened they fell to the ground, much likes eggs the fruits hatch and from inside them the first Elves emerge.

Generations of elves discover that many of them could manipulate the four terrestrial elements. elemental magic was the first magic that studied and practiced, also stood as the foundation for the different kinds of magic that practiced in the future.
High elves, also sometimes known as Seiph Ireal, were graceful warriors and wizards who lived in the Ilmarë forests for millennia before they venture the world outside their home. They were all magical in nature and shared an interest in the arcane arts. they were the first to discover the energy source "mana" that is what make the elves capable of practicing magic in the first place and further study it.
They would also be the first to create new types of magic other than elemental magic from their reserch.
High elves would later build Silvandell kingdom of their own and also the first academic city of magic.
