They're beautiful, we don't see that particular species where I live.

Their european starlings I believe, least what the local bird sites call them, suspect they were pets brought over and released.

The ones I ever saw have brownish featherhood, very beautiful too. But like melres (blackbirds) I can't ever take a picture of them.
