As a child she have big ears! If she is older she will looks like Neon. So, here ears and feeler will be a little bit smaller.

I have seen Neon once, but I kept my opinion to myself (and actually preffer to still keep it)
Also, I can understand why she is very small compared, but her ears took practically the whole body, each ear is bigger than her body
