oh. german shepherd usually live 14 years at most, arthritis slowly paralyze their lower body until they can't move anymore. I know it because I used to have one too, and that's how she died. we had to take her to the vet, it was the best thing to do because she was in pain.
I hate it when you loose a pet, you're so attached to them. I cried for just a little less than a week, and same for when my cat died.

I had a german shepherd for 11 years and she died of arthiritis that way, in 2001. Everyone missed her terribly. I have a huskydog now.

I got male GSD now, he's a young and stupic cub now. Buying a puppy after a dog's death helps to take sme pin away. The house is not so empty now, but still, I would really like her to be here with me now.
