Sure, he LOOKS sleepy, but he was judging me. I could sense it. It took me about 5 minutes to scoot close enough to him to get a decent head shot, and 5 more before he was sure that I wasn't there to bother him.

I took this at the duck pond on campus. The ducks aren't really scared of people because they've never really had people do more than throw bread at them. The ducks are kind of like the pride of the campus, so there are strict rules preventing us from harming them. Rules along the lines of "You touch them, we fine you $500.". I'm not kidding. The pond is right next to the road too, so sometimes you'll walk by and see that traffic is backed up because of ONE duck that's sitting in the street and refuses to move. And of course, no one wants to try to scare it off by driving close, because really, do you want to risk the $500? Usually a student has to walk behind a duck and shoo it to get it to move.
