lolz, I kind of tried to draw it like the person in the video in the description.Β It helped me a lot to look at her videos and looking at anthro books by Impact.

maybe one day I should just lay the science down on them *applies the nerd glasses CSI miami style*
this is linear perspective with overlapping and atmospheric perspective used in a 2 point perspective environment with lighting from the top right and cast shadows and reflected light drawn with 9H, 4H, 2H, H, B, 2B, 4B, and 6B pencils using a kneaded eraser, blending stumps, and tortillions for blending.
and dats how i draw

ooh, 9H O:
The art intensifies
The highest H pencil I have is 6H... But it does the job ;3;
And also I do like 2 point perspective but I've been trying 3-point more recently since I really suck at 3. It's the details, they kill me inside xD

wolfzero00time In reply to icantreadloop [2015-01-21 21:47:04 +0000 UTC]
i bought a set that has 6H-6B, but i like hard pencils so i got a 9H.
then i have a couple F's (F's are inbetween H and B)
π: 0 β©: 1
icantreadloop In reply to wolfzero00time [2015-01-22 01:04:07 +0000 UTC]
Yeah, I have a few Fs as well, since they seem like they have overall better quality and feel a bitΒ easier to handle and Β than the HB ones.
I should really consider getting a 9-H, but hard pencils aren't my forte xD

i use hard pencils to sketch lay outs for my inks..thats all
π: 0 β©: 1
icantreadloop In reply to wolfzero00time [2015-01-28 01:32:06 +0000 UTC]
Ooh, inking is fun! Whenever I do inks I just lightly sketch with an hb graphite or just whatever mechanical pencil is lying around. I don't do inks very often but I can see why harder pencils would work better, maybe I should start o:

icantreadloop In reply to wolfzero00time [2015-03-02 05:50:18 +0000 UTC]
Agreed
I'm really not all that good at inking either (Usually I'm just too lazy to or I'll get bored with a project before I get there, fml) but it is really relaxing
It's just nice since you don't have to think too much about it, and since all of the hard parts are already done

meh, I have been guilty of not working with my medias as well.Β I REALLY need to work on my digital art.

I have to restart my computer (which takes forever) whenever I want to plug in my tablet which is why I've been horribly inactive and seriously slacking off on digital art xD So don't feel bad haha
School's been rough lately so I haven't drawn anything in forever anyways lol
Yesterday I fell asleep as soon as I came home and then slept all the way until dinner xD leaving me with only today to write this entire freaking essay ;A;

Meh, same.Β I've learned a bit, but my programs are holding me back (i didn't have the luck to recieve a easy program like photoshop so my only two are art rage and the NOT pro version of auto desk sketchbook) so I'm kind of trying to make do so I can live up to my dream of going to an art college and becoming a digital artist....my starting out is just a bit rough XD
As for school, I know how ya feel.Β The only class I'm in thats NOT honours (I just used the British spelling by accident....wellllll British television is awesome that way...) is world history.Β Everything else is crazy crazy assignments and projects, although now i have some special allowances as I have acquired yet ANOTHER diagnosis with enough joint damage that I now have to use a rolling back pack and occasionally a cane as well.Β Meh, God did it for a reason and though I may be frustrated I guess I don't mind too much.Β So yeah, I have a little wiggle room now but I have understood your situation for over 11 years XD

icantreadloop In reply to wolfzero00time [2015-04-15 01:53:43 +0000 UTC]
honors classes make me want to cry
or rather eat and sleep way too much
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis! I knew a girl at my school once who had to use a cane and rolling backpack and she was just the sweetest thing ever.
Usually, at least in my experience, rolling backpacks are actually quite convenient. Although, as with everything else, they do have their pros and cons, it's nice to not have to carry around all of the weight (especially if your classes use actual textbooks like some of mine do)
Do you use a drawing tablet or a mouse for digital art? I know that if you feel like investing in a tablet (or just a new one if you already own one), many of them (or at least Wacom ones) come with free drawing software such as photoshop and autodesk. I got a wacom Bamboo create that came with Photoshop elements 10 (since it was a long time ago) as well as a few other things, one of them being Autodesk Sketchbook pro. I don't know though, since different tablets work for different people, but I would definitely recommend Wacom for the good quality and programs that come with them.

Meh, it wouldn't be so bad but i had to come off of the new medicine for a while because it might be causing some problems.Β i actually haven't been able to get a rolling backpack yet, so i have to us this friggin huge inconvenient cart XD.
I actually have the Intuos Wacom pen & touch tablet, I just didn't have the software to extract the files for things like photoshop.Β I do now, however, as I am preparing to make a gaming channel on youtube ^^.Β I'm actually getting used to using Autodesk and Artrage, they are pretty similar to any other digital program anyway. Β I plan to buy a better tablet when i get closer to college and i know what i need for my career.Β (I'm hoping for something i can use something that is more portable and better tech for college).

Ooh, Intuos! I'm actually a little jealous o:
What extraction software did you get? I assume it's either winRAR or 7-zip but who knows maybe you got a different one
personally 7z is my favorite... WinRAR is just sort of meh. It doesn't work to well on my computer.
the name is fun though.
Win! Rawr!

icantreadloop In reply to wolfzero00time [2015-04-27 22:32:43 +0000 UTC]
Oh oh by extraction software I meant file viewing and unzipping type programs. Like if you have a zipped file you usually can't view all of the stuff inside unless you have some way to extract it or software that lets you view it like 7z. With windows 8 you can extract zipped files but occasionally it damages the files so if you download things from the internet very often its always better to play it safe and get something like that...
And also I have heard a lot about FNAF but I've never really watched someone play it let alone play it myself xD I'm too busy playing all these other games that I recently torrentedΒ
My torrent karma is so good right now you have no idea
I'm warning you stay away from these games they're way too addicting and they leave you with no life (Save yourself I know from experience)
Wow loop way to ramble
sorry for the wall of text xD
