- you are NOT ALLOWED to trace, use for commissions, make a new base, allow someone else to use it
- you ARE ALLOWED to use on adopts, customs, personal use
- strictly for BUYERS USE ONLY, do not share/collab unless they have bought the base as well
- files included are psd and sai, if you need png, note me
