A picture i 'doodled' during a couple photography classes at school. Referenced from a photo of my Ellie (a belgian [shepherd] tervuren.) All i did was take a low opacity black brush tool and drew the lines, then after set it to multiply and put a color layer underneath. I think its a fairly successful result. And suggestion or critiques would be so awesome!

this is also called a belgian shephard isn't it? it looks very similar
to my aunt's dog, bella, she's really fluffy and cute. =] and i'm sure
they're the same dog hehe. great job depicting yours

Beautiful! I'd say its a VERY successful result
The only thing is that I think it could look a little more smooth. The hair looks a little coarse. I'm not sure how to fix it.... but... ehhh... Nice job, still! As everyone else has said, those are some amazing eyes.

gasp! lol i suppose it would be more properly reffured to as a belgian shepherd, but turvuren is her variety. they certainly are beautiful, my inspiration <3
