I know you posted this a while ago, but since you haven't posted any new big animations like this one I'll ahead and assume you haven't been working much with them; but you should! This is excellent and the colours and music go wonderful together!
Obviously the only thing I would critique is the running animation itself. My number one tip to anyone would always be: never be afraid to practice with movement! When we draw, we tend to use the same static poses over and over; and translating that habit of drawing can be difficult with animation, because its anything but static!
The best way to get a feel of how fluid animation can be is to take your favourite animated film cartoon, something with really smooth characters and sequences; and then pause the frame in high action moments. You'll often see really strange exaggerated forms and characters, that wouldn't make any sense on their own!
I took some screen shots from the movie Herculeus to show you (it was the only animated movie on my laptop so haha):

Generally, the more exaggerated the character, the more exaggerated the animations. Herculeus himself doesn't get much exaggeration air time, because he's meant to be taken more seriously, so his movements are more down to earth. The side characters in this case act as gag characters, and so their exaggerations are more prominent. But they all possess exaggeration in their fluidity.
A deer running running, for example, requires push and pull for momentum. The back stretches and pulls out, and then the entire body and legs push in to gather momentum again.
I guess bottom line, don't be afraid to mess around and test the limits of exaggeration!

Such a serene flash I felt so relaxed and I can look at this for a long while. The music is a beautiful touch and I must ask, what is the name of such a beautiful melody? <3

It's simply perfect.
Critique: The legs should fly more freely(stretch longer) and little deer ain't got a tail...
BUT I LOVE IT!!!!!

The only crit I have is that the legs need to stretch out a bit more in the run, other than that its gorgeous and the music completes it. Its amazing ^^
