Well the design has to.. 'click' if you know what im saying?
If you don't like the design not many other people will (or that's what I've always thought)
Also putting a lot of effort, making the design more complicated and unique will help tons too
and it won't hurt to self advertise with groups and such~ I usually look for ones with more than 500 watchers
