Jingles the Christmas Wizard, a cutesy elf to go with my dwarf Santa.***
decided to use blue instead of a lot of 'green' as i feel green is overused for christmas elf designs. i knew i wanted her staff to have a jingle bell on it and have a type of vintage xmas ornament built in just to pop visually. her 'magic cirle' is a ornament just cuz i thought it would look nice. i did take the belt buckle from disney's 'prep and landing' as i loved the look
