“Mother!” Holly cried, “You’re okay!”
Holly what are you doing?” Feather growled, lifting his head. “lion what is she doing?”
Lion tilted his head. “That’s a good question.” He grunted, his gaze clouded. “What’s happening Holly.”
“ But-But she’s here!” Holly yelped , staring at her mother’s starry figure, “How do you not see her?”

Crowfeather sighed sadly, “This is as far as I can take you. “
Lion flattened his ears, “You aren’t coming?” He mewed, his voice shaking.
Crowfeather looked at his son, love and grief warring in his eyes, “I want to.” He began, “But I’ll only cause chaos for you. If you-if you three really want to go, then it will be easier for you if i stay behind.”
Lion bowed his head, the thought of losing his father to made him queasy.
“I’ll miss you.” Holly choked, pushing her nose into Crowfeathers fur. Feather rested his head on Crowfeathers head, his sightless eyes closed in a moment of emotion.

Feather sniffed, lifting his head. An unusual sent wafted around him, as he trudged through the rain.
‘I wonder,” Feather murmured quietly, bunching his nose,
“Guys!” Holly Interrupted him, Yelling in excitement, Were here!”
“what?” Lion yelped beside Feather, “wait where?”
“Come on!” Holly bounded behind her brothers, pushing them forward, “I saw It! The lake, and-and the island!”
Lion didn’t need any further convincing, Feather could feel lions heart race with excitement and fear,”Show me!” He demanded.

“Squirrelflight?” Lion questioned slowly, staring at the ginger she-cat, “As in, Leafpools sister?”
Squirrelflights eyes widened, “You know Leafpool?” She gasped, “How?”
Lion felt his heart begin to race, “I’m, Im her son.” He rushed “We’re Leafpools kits.” Lion could feel Feather flick his tail at lions back, but he didn’t care anymore. This was more important than staying safe.
The whispers of Squirrelflights clanmates surged, “but she was-“ “Leafpools?” “She’s alive?” “Trick-“
Squirrelflight blinked at him, her tail quivering. “Leafpools kits.” She murmured, visibly growing exited. She motioned Lion over to her, “Come. “
That was all Lion needed. He rushed toward the ginger she-cat, pressing his nose into her long fur, shaking. Squirrelflight wrapped herself around her new kin, tucking him into her fur like a kit that needed protecting.
She smelled so different, but so much like his mother.

“Hello” a voice behind feather sounded, “Im Alderpaw. Feather right?”
“Right.” Feather responded hesitantly, flicking his long tail. Not bothering to turn round.
“Uh,” Alderpaw stammered, “I’m behind you?”
Feather snorted, “I noticed, And?”
Alderpaw rustled the ground with his paws, obviously nervous to be talking to a stranger. After a moment of uncomfortable silence, Alderpaw trotted from behind Feather. Feather could hear Alderpaw suck in an astonished breath.
“Oh.” Alderpaw mewed awkwardly, “you’re blind.”
Feather growled, he hated that word. “Oh really?.” He snapped at the fluffy apprentice, “ I hadn’t noticed.”

The starry pelts faded back into Holly vision, and she sighed in relief. There were no Starclan cats in thunderclan, so it was unbearably quiet. Holly hadn’t realized how accustomed she had grown to the starry cats being everywhere she went.
“Greetings Holly,” one murmured, it’s fiery ginger pelt glowing, “We have waited for you for moons.”
“What?” Holly blinked, “Why are you waiting for me of all cats?”
“You and your brothers will deliver us.” The fiery cat mewed softly, Holly felt her fur stand on end. “You three will let the stars in.”

Holly stared at the moonpool, shivering. She had never experienced something like that before.
Glancing up, Holly noticed Alderpaw screwing his eyes shut at the base of the water, obviously not asleep, but attempting to visit starclan. Beside him, Cinderpelt stared at the water, her icy blue eyes slitted. Cinderpelt lifted her gaze, and met Holly’s green eyes with her own. Cinderpelt smiled softly, but her blue eyes weren’t friendly.

Holly shivered, ducking her head back Down to the icy water, but she could still feel the grey she-cats blue eyes on her pelt.

I’ll let you identify what’s going on here! But this is something that I’ve been thinking about doing for 100 watchers. That being a small Quick 6-7 part comic, with full illustrations in between! This is au that I like, there’s more info about it on my page!
