Well I don't know how helpful this will be. This is what I do, for what ever that is worth. I shoot TMax 400, which I develop in TMax developer. I shoot at ASA 320 and develop normal.
I print my work prints on Agfa premium RC semi-matt, variable contrast. I print this paper with the #3 1/5 graded filter. This is the cheapest paper that I find acceptable. I buy on line (www.uniquephoto.com) for $67.00 per box of 500 sheets of 8x10. ( I cut to 5x7 for the work print.)
For exhibition I use Ilford Galleria grade 3 (8x10 11x14) and use #1/2 or #1 filter.
I tone with selenium for archival and slight tone change.
I scan my work prints on a flat bed scanner for insertion into the web. I do slightly modify the color/tone on the scan to match what the print looks like. (And of course touch up noticable dust spots, etc.)
I find that shooting the 400 speed at 320 really punches up the pop of the skin tones. I seems the internet viewing does tend to blow out the whites. The prints do have much more detail. I don't know if that helps out at all.

I have worked with Alessya for almost 3 years now. Many of my models I initialy contacted through OMP. (www.onemodelplace.com) (or other similar sites like ModelMayhem.com NetModel.com GarageGlamour.com etc)
Some are referals and some are just the old fashioned walk up and ask if they would be interested.
Thank you for your comments.

Her face and her name are quite Slavic to me. I'm Slavic myself; I thought there's something familiar about her looks
