As somone who is half Scottish, it always annoyed me how her dialogue was written, so very stereotypical.

True enough... but then again, a thick Highlands brogue is about the only way most folks can recognize the Scottish without gratuitous overuse of kilts and bagpipe music.
So, considering the possible alternative, I think I can live with her current dialogue.

At least they didn't feel the need to 'Welsh up' Pixie's dialogue with a bunch of tired old cliches.

Only "welsh cliche" I know about is the bit about them supposedly fucking livestock - and she lacks the proper anatomy to go buggering sheep.
