A gift for of her OC, Etna! I saw on the reference sheet that Etna loves ipod, so here she is dancing to to music. I hope you like it Crafty, and I hope things start looking up for you!
No reference used. However, clipping masks were heavily abused.

May I ask how you submit a piece of digital artwork onto DA like yours here, without a background (except DA's original one)?

Sure! It's easy, all you have to do is erase the background in your image editing program, so that the checkered default background is showing. Then you save the file as .png instead of .jpeg. Saving it as .png will make whatever background is erased, transparent on here. Let me know if you have any more questions, I am glad to help!

She looks great! It's be awesome if my dog danced like that.
You did really good with her shading. Maybe extend the shading to the black part of her tail, though. (I can't tell if you did or not; that's a normal vision problem on my part if you did and I can't see it.
I think her paws look great overall, but if you're trying to make them look more lifelike, all I think you need to do is add a fourth toe.
You did wonderful with her ears, also.

The shading is there--maybe try downloading or maximizing the image and you might be able to see it. It's not overly obvious since it's on a dark surface.

Oh yeah, I meant for not all of the toes to be visible, I was thinking that the two big toes in the middle would block the view of the other on the side. Although I did forget to put that fourth toe on the back raised paw.
