The whole "Pokemon Hypno taking away a kid it hypnotized" thing happened only two times. Those two don't speak for every member of it's species and the dex doesn't say where that happened or where they went, maybe those Hypnos brought a lost kid to the house of the parents or a place where humans sleep. In alola, they work in hospitals with doctors and the wild ones don't go after people.

There are far more creepy dex entries where pokemon do things to people. Surprised there's no creepypastas based on one on those.
