Description Another gigantic dragon, another type of horror story... as opposed to the amphibious Bewilderbeast, the Purple Death appears to be more or less restricted to the water. That doesn't mean that it can't attack coastal settlements or otherwise not do sheer amounts of damage to seagoing vessels. This dragon has a rare weapon among tidal class dragons... again as opposed to dragons such as the Bewilderbeast using breath weapons such as ice, the Purple Death actually spits fire. I would presume that the Purple Death's specific variant of fire is water resistant, water proof, or even activated/strengthened by water... suggesting some form of alkaki metal base. Judging from the amount of fire the Purple Death was shown blasting in its original comic, I'd wager that it's either making a large quantity of some other alkaki metal as its base or that it has Francium as the base of its fire. Either way, that at least means that its fire would be hindered by dry enough atmospheric conditions... though there's nothing stopping it from blasting a village to oblivion from underwater... apparently something about its presence freaks out other dragons and can cause them to go nuts and start attacking the unfortunate village too. Talk about a horror movie!
