Just finished today and going to eBay tomorrow, this is Wicked Wings the G3 My Little Pony pegasus with a Halloween theme. In honor of my favorite holiday, I made this pegasus from a G3 My Little Pony named Wishawhirl that I rehaired with Katsilk hair in Noir and Orange Blossom. The wings are made from Apoxie Clay over wire. The symbol is of a black cat (painted in black and grey paints, much better looking in person, looks dark in the photos) with two pumpkins in front of a bright full moon. The wings, symbol and eyes were all painted in acrylics and sealed. The camera also seems to have messed up my wing coloration as they match the body much better in person, the pictures have sort of a pink hue? Ah well, my light source broke so I've been having to make due with what I have and it's messing my colors all up.Related content

Beautiful. The wings are outstanding on all your customs. I like this one because the symbol is very specific. On a few though the wings look a bit seperated from the base, as in they're so detailed and pretty the rest of the base sort of looks plain. I think an overall blend of scultped elements on the base would help this out, but still these are some of the best I've seen.

Very very nice! I love the color combo! I notice you wings seem to be getting larger..I think its wonderful that you can maintain such a great balence, yet make it look like they can really fly with them. I normally hate this pose...yet it really works. I will watch for it on ebay.
You know what I have wanted to see from you? I really want to see a corset pony with wings...I know it would be a challange..but i would love to see it. If you ever decide to do so I will commission you to try my pet charater in a corset...that way you can try it without worrying if it would sell.

lol, yeah, they do seem to be getting bigger...and bigger, but I think this is as big as they will get as, in my eyes anyway, this size is the perfect one for the pony. I could imagine this size wing actually being able to handle a pony's weight. I've been contemplating doing a corseted pegasus for a few months, just havn't come up with a good way to make it work yet. I managed to do a Merry-go-round pegasus a year or two ago, with small G1 style wings, and that ended up really nice...hopefully I'll come up with something as I've gotten several requests for corseted pegasus ponies.
