I'm more confused than angry when I find out yesterday that Danny Phantom was going to be cancelled, I'm confused for these reasonsa) DP has become one of the highest rating shows on Nickelodeon today
b) It basically became an instant phenomenom
c) And it has a huge fan-base (especially fan-girls)
And they're going to cancel it after only 53 episodes, where was I when Nickelodeon turned into Disney!
But the said last episode will not be airing till Feburary next year so we have an entire year to fight this
Anyway I designed this in about 5 minutes and I'm planning on ironing it on a shirt (your free to do so too)

2) you can watch all seasons on netflix.com,Amazon.com, or iTunes
3) all 3 of them include 5 episodes of season 4

no, i`m not kidding!!!! butch just can`t afford to put DP back on Nickelodeon but he can afford nick toons(same thing with netflix.com Amazon.com iTunes) DP coming back

I'm sorry to say but if there is a season four then no one even knows it exists and there is no season four of DP on netflix... believe me i've checked... and what would the 5 episodes of the so called season four about? cause they just be episodes you haven't seen

i heard the reason they cancel dp was because butch (like the person who made invader zim) left nickelodeon because they kept telling him that not kid appropite (mispelled) so butch sold fariy oddparents (thats when poof came around) the left with dp. though i heard dp migth come back on air in a few years.

It would've been nice if Butch would've continued DP and made a season 4, or explain why he was quiting making it,

I miss the show. I say they COULD have made one more double ep... You know have Dark Danny escape and start reeking havoik again but... nope.

They made that ending BECAUSE they were canceling it. That's how any series of any kind does things when the decision is made to cancel the series with no intention of ever bringing it back. They wrap up everything, answer all questions or as many as possible in the time they have for the finale, the main antagonist is beaten into submission, the main protagonist and his friends/allies/family enjoy a happy ending.

Well like said, answer -most- questions, but yeah, I suppose that could be a possible avenue to revive the series. Dark Danny somehow escapes from clockwork and becomes a new general menace to the world to replace Vlad, it could work.

I totally agree with this, I remember watching this back when new episodes were airing.
I'm just so, so, SO, happy Nickelodeon is still airing episodes, even if it isn't new ones.

Hey ahh I just found this in passing. You're giving misleading info. When people say the show has been canceled, that means: No new shows. (Reruns don't constitute a continued series)
Nick constantly is signing on new shows and canceling prematurely to make profits off the extras like dvds & merch and filler (reruns) where they don't have to make new episodes which costs more money for them in the long run.
It's cheaper for them to continue using old material. It's much the same as they've done with countless other shows. (Invader Zim ex) Nick will continue to do this because it makes them more money.
So, yes, the show is canceled. And yes, they'll continue doing this to all of their decent shows with the biggest followings.

Danny Phantom isn't cancelled. it still comes on Nicktoons Network and 12:00 am. i still watch it.
btw. i looked up how many episodes there were of DP and it only said 49, where did u get the extra 4?
