Description Jill Collins was born on July 20th, 1916 in Hillsboro, Oregon to parents Paul and Linda Lou Merriweather. Her brother Paul Jr. was born the next day. However, her father was not there to meet his new children; he was serving in the United States Navy during the Great War. Jill showed a rebellious streak in her from her earliest days; she preferred skipping stones and catching tadpoles than engaging in more "feminine" activities of the day, much to the dismay of her society-minded mother. As a child she would sit up late with her father and brother, listening to her old man's tales of serving in the Navy in WW1 and the Spanish-American War alongside some of the most prolific superheroes of the age. She was an enthusiastic reader of superhero stories and followed them on the news, always listening to the latest peacepeace-keeping venture undertaken by the Heroes League of America. When she was 10 the Merriweather family moved from Hillsboro to Portland. In the new neighborhood, she ran into her instant crush and future husband: Thomas "Tommy" Collins, average Joe-schmoe kid who was raised by a shell-shocked Army vet father and paranoid mother. Tommy, Paul and Jill formed a close knit group of friends (very close for Tommy and Jill), and after graduation Paul Jr. followed his dad's footsteps and enlisted in the Navy. Jill and Tommy's relationship grew closer and on Thanksgiving 1939 he proposed to her. She graciously accepted and on December 6th 1940 they were wed.

Things went pear-shaped from there, though.

Jill and Tommy had plans to travel to San Francisco for their honeymoon. Before departing, Tommy suggested they stop at their favorite park and watch the stars for a while (he figured it would be romantic). Little did he know the stars would come to them. A baseball-sized meteorite came tearing down from the sky and drilled poor Jill straight in the chest. The meteorite dissolved in her chest cavity and used her bloodstream to distribute its residue through her body, eventually synthesizing itself with her DNA. In Federal speak this is called a "Case 1 - 2 - 4 Superhuman Origin Incident". When she woke out of her 3 day coma, Jill found that her skin had turned chalk-white and she had gained the power to stretch limitlessly and turn liquid at will!

After weeks of physical therapy for Jill to familiarize herself with her powers, she settled down with Tommy in his Portland apartment. (Their plans for San Francisco were discarded in the chaos of Jill getting her powers.)

Of course, their quiet life could have gone on longer, if the Japanese hadn't attacked Pearl Harbor first...

Personality: Jill is a very laid-back, caring woman with a bright optimistic look on life. Although painful events that happen close to home can have a major impact on her mentality, she always finds a way to bounce back. She's Tommy's crutch through thick and thin and her sense of humor can brighten up an ordinarily grim situation.

I love how you made her chalk-colored skin a thing, being how you don't normally color in your OC's skins XD
