The Kyarim are a species of dragon inhabiting the Amazon rainforest. They live in secret sinkholes that have been concealed using dragon magic. Kyarim, like most other dragons, can breathe fire and fly. Kyarim can also swim (kind of) and are masters of flying through tight spaces. They are a bit larger than a jaguar. Kyarim feed on a variety of things, ranging from indigenous fruits and nuts to turtles and pacu to tapir and arapaima. They will even go for the occasional caiman!
Biologically, all dragons are descendants of rhamphorinchyd pterosaurs.
