Had the privilege of shooting a Steppe Eagle (Aquila Nipalensis). What a fantastic bird. Shot at the Cotswold Falconry Center.ΒI took way too long editing this as I could not make my mind up on the final image.

Oh bigger than it appears in the photo.Β Of course there was really nothing to compare it to size wise except what it was sitting on.Β So then much smaller than a harpy eagle, right?Β
