Still a work-in-progress, but I'm working on a super-speed effect for a large project I'm trying to work on...as this is a Flash-inspired effect, the main thing I'm hung up on is the speed-trail...the left image won't glow on its own (but that's an easy fix) whereas the right image does glow, is longer, and can add an element of randomness in the lightning, but it can't curve and could be unwieldy to work with...which do you prefer?
