Description
German steam locomotive during Steam Locos Parade in Wolsztyn.There were two "Germans" in Wolsztyn this year. BR01 was produced in 1936, but in 1963 it was modified to be powered by mazut. Thanks to that it was able to reach the speed of 130 km/h; the only "normal" (coal-powered) locomotive in Wolsztyn able to do that is Piękna Helena (Pm-36-2) built in 1937. BR01 was also the oldest steam loco in Wolsztyn this year.
