I'm re-watching the whole series with my boyfriend who never really watched the show and now we're about 4 episodes away from the series finale. Then we'll watch the the second movie. It would be awesome if there was a third film because then he and I could go and see it on the big screen.

In the 25th anniversary documentary I watch last week, DD talks about this scene. Beautiful depiction of it. I love the lighting effects and how you can't see Cher's face. I always wondered why she didn't show up in person. She was on Will & Grace at least twice that I can think of. Anyway, she's still great.

It was a scheduling conflict. Β They also wanted Roseanne Barr for the mother but she couldn't make it either. Β It's on the DVD commentary for this episode.
