It was the 20th anniversary of The Matrix recently, and to celebrate it my local cinema did a one-night screening. I already have the movie on home video and have watched it countless times, but I was only a lil' Wossa when it was first released so never got to see it on the big screen... so you bet your ass I bought a ticket! And golly gee, it's aged so well! I went home full of motivation and busted out a couple of little parody pictures.
Wossy apparently plays both Trinity and Morpheus in this adaptation, and she believes that Aeria is "The Sub" from the prophecies!
Two other doodles can be found in my scraps (and linked below), and on Sunday I'll be posting a properly polished mini-comic riffing on the famous rooftop scene.
